Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 22, 2026
1. Introduction
Feedbacked (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Feedbacked platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with the practices described here, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you register for an account, fill out a form, or otherwise interact with the Service, we may collect the following information: your name, email address, phone number, job title, company name, and company size. If you are a Tester, we may also collect your responses to testing questions and any additional profile information you provide.
Phone number and SMS data. We collect your phone number for the purpose of identity verification via SMS. When you provide your phone number and consent to verification, we send a one-time SMS code to confirm your identity and prevent duplicate submissions. We store your phone number in association with your account to maintain unique user identification. We do not use your phone number for marketing, promotional messaging, or any purpose other than verification and account identification.
Automatically collected information. When you access the Service, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URLs, pages visited, and the dates and times of your visits. We use this information for analytics, security, and to improve the Service.
Cookies and similar technologies. We may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activity on the Service. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features of the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including matching Testers with Client products and delivering verified feedback results.
• To verify your identity through SMS-based phone number verification and prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions.
• To process payments and fulfill orders for testing packages.
• To run our AI verification system, which analyzes Tester responses to determine whether they demonstrate genuine engagement with a Client’s product.
• To communicate with you about your account, transactions, and updates to the Service or these policies.
• To monitor and analyze usage trends, improve the Service, and develop new features.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
Between Clients and Testers. When a Tester submits a verified response, the content of that response (answers to questions and feedback) is shared with the Client who requested the test. Tester responses are delivered in an anonymized format. We do not share Tester phone numbers, email addresses, or other personally identifiable contact information with Clients unless explicitly consented to by the Tester.
Service providers. We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, SMS delivery, data hosting, and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing their services to us and to maintain appropriate security measures.
Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
5. SMS and Phone Number Policy
We take the privacy of your phone number seriously. This section specifically addresses how we handle phone numbers and SMS communications:
• Phone numbers are collected solely for identity verification and duplicate prevention.
• We send only one-time verification codes via SMS. We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring messages.
• Phone numbers are stored securely and are not shared with Clients, advertisers, or any third parties except our SMS delivery provider, which is contractually bound to use the data only for message delivery.
• Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply when receiving verification codes.
• You may request deletion of your phone number from our records at any time by contacting us at the address listed below.
6. AI Verification and Data Processing
Our AI verification system processes Tester responses to determine whether they reflect genuine engagement with a Client’s product. This analysis is based on the content of the Tester’s answers relative to the Client’s questions and the nature of the product being tested. The AI system does not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. Its sole purpose is quality assurance for the testing service. We do not use Tester responses to train third-party AI models or share response data with AI providers except as necessary to run the verification process, subject to strict data processing agreements.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Tester response data associated with completed tests is retained for the duration necessary to deliver results to the Client and for a reasonable period afterward for quality assurance and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
