Payout Methods

Feedbacked currently supports four payout methods for testers:

ACH Transfer (US-Only)

US-based testers can redeem their funds directly to their bank account by providing their routing and account number. There is no fee and this process is fully automated and transfers typically clear in about a day or two.

Domestic Wire Transfer (US-Only)

US-based testers may also redeem their funds directly to their bank account through a wire transfer, also by providing their routing and account number. There is no fee and this process is fully automated as well, however there is a 10$ account minimum required to initiate a domestic wire transfer. Transfers typicaly clear in a day or two.

International Wire Transfer

Testers based outside of the United States have the option of an international wire transfer which deposits funds to their bank account, provided their bank supports IBAN and SWIFT. There is a $16 USD minimum to cash out, and a $15 international wire fee. This is a flat-rate fee deducted from every international wire to ensure that testers get a known amount deposited in their bank account, regardless of changing international wire fees abroad. Testers may also opt to receive their funds in their local currency, which will incur a 1% conversion fee. This process is reviewed manually, and thus international wire payouts can be expected to take longer to clear. Supported countries and currencies for international wire can be found at the following links:

PayPal

Testers within or outside of the US also have the option of redeeming funds via PayPal, by providing their PayPal email. PayPal pays out funds in the currency that the tester has set to receive upon creating their PayPal account. There is no fee and this process is reviewed manually, thus PayPal payouts can be expected to take longer to clear. Supported countries and currencies for PayPal can be found at the following links:
